We are committed to enabling Offshore and Maritime Business and achieving total customer satisfaction, by effectively managing onshore / offshore operation, and provided services by implementing Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and the International Code for the Safe Operation of Ships and for Pollution Prevention (ISM Code) as well as compliance with all pertinent regulations from applicable national and international regulations and Sector’s Regulatory Authorities.

To achieve this OFCO OFFSHORE SUPPORT & LOGISTIC SERVICES:

  • Set appropriate objectives and targets to ensure effective and efficient management of our business processes focusing on customers and continual improvement.
  • Determine strategic approach to risk management and review tolerances levels and appetite.
  • Identify and mitigate business disruption, health, safety and environment risk and ensure that measures adopted are cost-effective.
  • Ensure availability of necessary infrastructure, assets, resources to provide high quality in all aspects of our business and maintain employees’ health and wellbeing.
  • Adopt globally acknowledged best practices to mitigate risks, safeguard personnel, and protect the environment and business continuity.
  • Conduct effective audits to monitor performance against established objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Promotion of open communications and employees’ participation, via Company incentive schemes, in measures aimed at continually improving and enhancing the health and wellbeing of our employees.
  • Continually improve the safety management skills of our personnel and prepare for emergencies related to safety, environmental protection and protection of property.
  • Proactively interact with all interested parties and communicate performance results.
  • Conduct periodic management review, to evaluate effectiveness and performance to ensure that Integrated Management System remains relevant and appropriate.
